Therese Ericson

My name is Therese and I have always been a curious person. Since I was a child, I’ve pondered the meaning of life and been fascinated by the intricacies of who I and everyone else is, beyond a person’s name, appearance, title, age, and so on.

I earned a master’s degree in industrial economics and quickly realized how meditation, yoga, and other practices could help me in a high-performance environment. I tried a variety of methods for personal development during my studies and in my professional life, but nothing had the same impact as neurogenic tremor. I realized after a few tries that this was a method that needed to be passed on.

As a result, I became a TRE instructor, which employs neurogenic tremor to aid in the processing of trauma. Since then, I’ve collaborated with Jonas to further develop Wabing, a body meditation technique based on neurogenic tremor. I’m passionate about spreading Wabing so that more people can recharge their minds and bodies on a regular basis, feel good, and gain a better understanding of themselves.

Apart from my work with Wabenation, I am a certified yoga instructor and work with online training for Vitec Foervaltningssystem. When I’m not working, I spend the majority of my time with my family: Pontus, our sons Tom and Ludvig, and our labradoodle Bonnie.
